From the large Boston firm Bingham McCutchen LLP, to serving as in-house counsel to a Boston-based technology developer managing its trademark portfolio, to opening his own practice in 2006, Seth has represented clients large and small for over 20 years.
Seth has worked with technology companies since 2000, through each wave of technology development — from the early internet through SaaS and AI-driven products. This background means understanding both the technology behind a client's product and the service it delivers, which directly informs the proper scope of trademark protection — from the identification of goods and services to enforcement strategy.
